The other part I found in the story is what Ginger said to Black Beauty before she died she said, “humans have all the power, if they’re insensitive and cruel, there’s nothing we can do except bear it, bear it on and on until the end. I wish the end would com, I wish I were dead. I’ve seen dead horses, I’m sure they don’t suffer anymore, I hope I’ll drop dead while I ‘m working and not be sent to a slaughterer.”
Yes, human does have all the power, but we just have to use them the right way, not on abuse an animal, if people are cruel enough to make someone or animal want to die instead of suffer from them, it’s will be so sad and too bad. Why don’t we just think through what we have done and start something new.

This is a good reminder of our responsibility to take care of animals. But where do you draw the line? If we should treat animals well, why is it OK to kill them for food?
