the nine lives of chloe king

I have been reading a book which is "the nine lives of chloe king" I just read 1~13 pages. The book tells us about a girl's life who is sixteen years old. Her name is Chloe and she lives in San Francisco. When she went to a bar, she has met a man who is kind of crazy man, because he is trying to kill her. His name is Paul.

Chloe usually go to Coit Tower. When her birthday, her parents said that something about "maybe going to nice restaurant." However, she didn't want to go out dinner with her parents. She just wanted to go the tower with her friend whose name is Amy, so she called Amy in spite of 2 am. Of cause she couldn't hang out with her, then they met at a cafe at ten.
Amy said "let me guilt him into it." "your funeral. see ya." She was crazy because of she tried drug. Her feels so good like her mom's taste but she couldn't unpronounceable now. Her feeling was higher until afternoon. After that, she decided to play safe as if for school and trying to compate with her usual tired-grumpy-morning-Chloe habit.
When they were in the tower, windows showed us spectacular, sun-drenched San Francisco scenery. They were fascinated. Chloe stood up the end of edge, because Amy suggested "You could go over the edge." Then, she was trying to balance herself, after that she sliped and fell out of the window.... Amy was shrieking like "Chloe!" but Chloe was grasping Paul's arm. However, she was failling off the tower. Her head hit and bone was crushing, just Chloe waited to die.

I think this book is kind of difficult to understand me. I found many new vocabulary, so actually I don't really understand about the story, but I'll try to understand.
