Laughter And Chills pg:39-61

-The Cask Of Amontillado
Fortunato abused and insult me so many times, i wanted revenged .Fortunato was a great expert on wine.Finally , i killed him in his cellar.

-The Tell-Take Heart
Because of one old man's eyes, i decided to kill that old man ,and my plan was very meticulously! i always enteried his house when he was sleeping ! One day ,i jumped into the room, i dragged him to the floor, and puuled his mattress on top of him.then the old man dead! his neighbor called police .when police officer was talking to me ,i heard that old man;s hearbeat sound louder and louder.Finally, i told the turth to the police..

This two story is difficult ..and so many vocabulary i cant understand..but i still tried to read it..and try to finish 300 pages before we finish this quarter..

These two stories are some of Edgar Allan Poe's most famous stories. They are both good examples of stories told by a madman -- a crazy man. For example, do you think it is really true that the dead man's heart was making such a loud sound? The police officers didn't notice anything!
