Summary:
When Heather was a kid, she thought that she had a good father. Couple years later, her mother said that her dad was sick. For adult, sick means on drugs and drunk, even her dad was moved out. However, Heather didn’t know what that means. What she knows she couldn’t have a ride with her dad because of her mom. After she grown up, she was so afraid to talk about her dad. When she knew that some kids were drunk and on drugs, she told them that what happening was her dad. Heather’s dad has been died because of an accident. Before her dad died, she told her dad that she forgave him and loved him.

Opinion:
This is a very sad story. Heather thought that she had a good father but she was wrong. Actually, she had a really bad dad, even on drug and drunk. I think her parents divorced when she was kid. She didn’t say it in the book but I could guess the meaning. And then, I think that she is a forgivable girl. She could forgive her dad before her dad is dead. I also know that she joined a lot of different clubs about on drugs and drunk. She let many people knows that on drug and drunk was too bad. However, your dream can never come true.
