I've read "Peter Pan" from page1 to page29.
Peter Pan is the male hero of the novel and various adaptations. He is described in the novel as a young boy who still has all his first teeth; he wears clothes made of leaves and cobwebs. He is the only boy able to fly without the help of fairy dust, and he can play panpipes. Peter is afraid of nothing except his nightmares. He loves Wendy Darling; however, it is not a romantic love - he thinks of her as his mother. Barrie attributes this to "the riddle of his existence".
I think the author had done a great job that his words stimulate readers' imagination, to bring us into a mysterious world. Honestly, I haven't never finished reading a novel yet, as I am not interested at reading. It is really hard for me to read such a thick story book, though it may be short for others. Wish me luck.

This is one of my favorite books, and not just because J.M. Barrie invented my first name. Keep at it, I'm sure you'll be able to read the whole thing!
